Jonathan
Wilburn and Son will be singing at the North Carthage Baptist
Church in Carthage, TN on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 15th -at 2:00.
This is a rare Tennessee appearance by Jonathan and Jordan. Mom
and Dad, Jackie and Elaine, are looking forward to them coming
home for this service. This is the church where Jonathan grew
up. The pastor, Bro. Charles Allen Gentry, and the church family
cordially invites everyone to attend.

Jackie Wilburn started this 30 minute radio program when
The Wilburns first album, The Lighthouse, was released
in 1970.
He played the album in its entirety on that first
program, which was paid for by a local minister, but
since that time there has always been a sponsor. From
those early days Jackie Wilburn added his Spirit filled
introductions to the songs he played. Upon announcing
his "call to preach" some 6 years later, he began to
preach on the program also. Following a light stroke in
2005, he asked his wife, Elaine, to help with the
program. Same time, same station, same gospel music and
preaching - each Sunday morning. |
